My name is Michele S. and I would like to recognize three fantastic employees who work for you organization (Hamly, Alex, and Shonda). I was returning home to Maryland when I saw your store. I was super-excited because there were so many earphones that you could actually try! You see, my problem is that I have small ear canals and earphones/earbuds just do not fit in my ears. Frustrating! Anyway, I met Hamly, Alex, and Shonda who took their time to listen to my needs and concerns. Each one of them made suggestions to try to help find the perfect fit for me. I am also in Sales, and was totally amazed at their teamwork and overall care for my situation. I truly felt like I was with family. In the end,  I could not find a pair of earbuds that fit properly. I truly have crazy ears, but I left your company knowing that they 200% tried to help! I truly appreciate each and every one of you. You are true assets to the company, and I will never forget your kindness.

"Just wanted to say how helpful your representative, Mack was at the Inmotion Entertainment (SJC-A) store, when I purchased Bose sleepbuds & wireless charging station on 3/5/19. I am an older woman and had been reading on different things to use to drown out my husbands snoring. He was nice enough to let me try a pair on and press on my ear to realize it would be comfortable. I have now had a few nights of wonderful sleep. No hard sales pressure. Just a nice guy."

"Just wanted to take a minute to tell you about an outstanding employee – a young man named Ryan. You could just tell – he has it all together. I was missing some small plastic earpiece to my Bose headphones.  Facing a long uncomfortable flight. He knew exactly what I needed and spent a few minutes hunting out a very specialized piece. Meanwhile – he handled two customers in line – keeping them occupied and answering all their questions while getting me straight. I very rarely see employees like this – anywhere."

Facing a 5 hour flight with a nine-year-old and a shattered iPad mini screen, I went into your InMotion store in Terminal B hoping to find some kind of screen protector that I could use to stick on the shattered screen and make it useable. Unfortunately, you didn't stock anything for the iPad Mini that fit the bill. However, your managers Jason Fick and his colleague (whose name escapes me but who was working a shift this past Friday morning) went above and beyond the call of duty and found a plastic cover of a previously used iPhone Plus screen protector... with that and some Scotch Tape, they managed to cobble together a workaround for the flight and SAVE THE DAY.

I just wanted to give a HUGE kudos and praise to the staff at the Phoenix Intl. Airport; Chelsea, Karina, and Brian. I had just left my phone in the Uber car when I got to the airport, after a relaxing few days and flying home to Denver. I was so happy to see InMotion was open early and I frantically asked for a phone, and they helped get me a ‘tracker’ phone and SIM card.  Chelsea was the Best in setting up the phone for me, Karina was trying to contact Uber on her on phone and they were patient as I was like, “I’m a techy dum-dum”. After nearly 45 minutes probably, I had a phone and was able to start some communication others. Thank you to the TEAM that made my world a little less stressful that day.
